CLIMATE CHANGE, GLOBAL WARMING AND ITS EFFECTS

Climate change is a change in global or regional climate patterns, in particular a change apparent from the mid to late 20th century onwards and attributed largely to the increased levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by the use of heat.

Global warming is the unusually rapid increase in earths average surface temperature over the past century primarily due to the greenhouse gases release by people burning fossil fuels.

The cause of global wafming is the rise of the planets temperature.

The effect of climate change on the environment is:

.Our health

.Agriculture

.forestry

.Transportation

.Air

.WATER QUALITYand many more...

Over the last 50 years, human activities particularly the burning of fossil fuels have released sufficent quantities of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases to trap additional heat in the lower atmosphere and affect the global climate.
